Each product is carefully designed with intention, care, and quality. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our stationery and planner products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed.


If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will happily assist with:

- Replacement

- Store credit

- Refund (only if the item cannot be replaced)


Eligibility

To be eligible for support:

- Provide photos of the issue

- Keep all packaging

- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel


Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect address entered at checkout

- Normal wear and tear


Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
